Founded by a licensed pharmacist with extensive healthcare experience, our agency was built on a simple belief: every individual deserves personalized care, dignity, and respect throughout every stage of life. Our healthcare agency gives us a unique understanding of the challenges faced by aging adults, individuals living with Alzheimer's disease and dementia, veterans coping with PTSD and cognitive impairment, and families navigating complex care needs.

How are your caregivers chosen and trained?
Every caregiver passes Louisiana State Police and Direct Service Worker Registry checks, OIG/SAM exclusion screening, reference checks, and a drug screen before their first visit. Then we train them in fall prevention, safe transfers, dementia support, and the small details that turn a shift into genuine companionship.
What makes Aging Gracefully different from other agencies?

Do you work with veterans and memory care families?
Yes. We're veteran-informed and serve Baton Rouge & Surrounding Areas veterans through VA Homemaker, Veteran-Directed Care, and Aid & Attendance benefits. Our caregivers also complete specialized dementia and Alzheimer's training so memory care can stay safe, familiar, and at home.
How quickly can care start after I call?
