These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Aging Gracefully Home Care LLC website (aginggracefullycare.com) and any related online services (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to your use of the Site only. The provision of in-home care services is governed by separate written service agreements signed at the time care begins.

The Site is operated by Aging Gracefully Home Care LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company providing licensed home care services in East Baton Rouge Parish under LAC 48:I Chapter 50.

2. Use of the Site

Permitted Use

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only, including:

• Learning about our home care services
• Submitting inquiries about care for yourself or a loved one
• Applying for caregiver employment
• Subscribing to our newsletter
• Reading our educational resources

Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

Contact and Care Inquiry Forms

Submitting an inquiry through our Contact or Care Inquiry forms does not create a client relationship. A client relationship is established only when a written service agreement is signed and care begins.

Caregiver Employment Applications

Submitting an employment application does not constitute an offer of employment. All offers are contingent upon successful completion of background checks, reference verification, and other screening required by Louisiana HCBS regulations and our agency policies.

6. No Medical Advice

The information on this Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to be medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you have regarding a medical condition.

Aging Gracefully Home Care provides non-skilled, non-medical home care services. We do not provide medical care, nursing care, or skilled therapy services through this Site or our services.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources. These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

This limitation does not apply to liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.
